Southfield Mental Health Associates is located at 17320 W. 12 Mile Rd. Ste. 101 (Manhattan Place Office Park). Nearest crossroads are Southfield Rd. and 12 Mile. SMART bus route stop located across the street from our building.

Building numbers are located in the top left-hand corner of the buildings. Parking is free. The entrance to our lobby is the only door on the first floor of our building.

Our building is accessible, please contact our staff with any concerns about accessibility. Our offices have three gender neutral bathrooms; one ADA compliant and one outfitted with a changing station.
